Shipping policy

Online ordering is not yet available. Final destinations, delivery partners, rates, and timelines will be published before the catalog opens.

What to expect

Once online ordering begins, each order will receive a confirmation and, where available, tracking details after dispatch. Delivery estimates will begin from dispatch, not from the order date, and may vary for remote locations, made-to-order work, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Duties and taxes

Applicable taxes will be shown during checkout. For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

Packaging and damage

We intend to pack every saree with care. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer package and product and contact us promptly so we can help.

Returns & refunds

Effective when online ordering begins

Purchases cannot currently be made through this website. A detailed returns window and process will be confirmed before commerce launches.

Planned approach

Eligible, unused products will need to be returned in their original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, fall-and-pico finished, blouse-cut, customised, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Natural variations

Handwoven and handcrafted textiles may show slight differences in colour, weave, texture, or motif placement. These are often signatures of the making process rather than defects. Screen settings can also affect how colour appears.

Incorrect or defective items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order details and clear photographs within the return window that will be stated at launch. We will assess the item and offer an appropriate remedy where the claim is accepted.
